No mystery. No surprise costs.
Five steps from a message to a trip, and you can stop at any of them.
- 1
You tell us three things
Where you would like to go — or just somewhere warm. Your dates. Your budget. Message us or fill in the form; it takes about two minutes.
- 2
We come back with a plan
A free outline plan and quote: where you would stay, what it costs, how long each drive is, and whether your budget covers it. That first look costs nothing, and you are not committed to anything. If your budget does not stretch to what you asked for, we say so — and show you what it does stretch to.
- 3
You change what you want
Two rounds of changes are included. Swap the guesthouse, add a night, cut the wine farm. It is your trip, and every change comes back priced before you agree to it.
- 4
We book it
You approve, we book, and everything arrives in one place: confirmations, addresses, check-in times, emergency numbers and the route.
- 5
You go — and we are still here
Something falls through at seven on a Friday evening? Your trip page has a button that raises it with the person on duty, and it stays open until it is resolved.
What the price covers
Your quote itemises what is included — accommodation, the activities on your itinerary, the transfers we have arranged — and says plainly what is not.
Where a supplier's own terms would add something, or where an activity is better paid for on the day, we say so on the quote rather than leaving you to find out there.
The price you see is the whole price. Nothing gets added later.
Paying for it
A deposit confirms your booking — the exact percentage is shown on your quote before you agree to anything. The balance is then due 15 days before you travel, and your trip page shows the schedule with every payment recorded against it. If you are booking within 45 days of departure the trip is paid in full instead, which the checkout says before you pay.
We never ask for card details by telephone or over a message. Payment always happens through a link on your own trip page.
